The many experiences gained in different sectors, along with the particular qualification of the personnel, allow Studioemme to propose itself both as a complete accomplisher of the ideas submitted and as a valid support for the integration to the Customer’s structure. The most significant sectors of our experience are:

· PLC

· Industrial Automation

· Brushless and d.c. motor drivers

· Battery chargers

· Door automation for the railway sector

· Electro medical

TECHNICAL OFFICE

In 1972 it carried to Emilia the experience previously gained in the Milanese area (Telettra Inc.), and develops not only in the classical sectors of documentation drawing up, but also in the analysis of the Customer’s organization, inclusive of coding plans and technical manuals. Anyway the excellence is represented by the great experience consolidated in the analysis and carrying out of the master for printed circuits with particular reference to the processing of high-frequency analog signals, the processing of quick-switching digital buses, and to the analysis of the routes in a system of high currents.

PURCHASE

The great knowledge of the market of components and the assortment of its own stock allow optimizing the costs resulting from the supply of the materials. Furthermore the procedures for goods inspection managed with Quality Assurance system guarantee that the most widespread production standards are met, managing to operate even in situations of particular specifications, procedures or requirements of the Customer.

PRODUCTION

Production is macroscopically organized in the following departments:

· SMD assembly: where there are performed the stages of automatic spreading of soldering paste with silkscreen printing machine, automatic assembly of components with a Siemens Pick & Place machine, and re-melting by means of an Heller oven with 6+6 areas with a very low component of infrared, which allows obtaining particularly accurate soldering profiles. All the stages are computerized.

· PHT assembly: where the components are prepared and assembled onto the printed circuit. The soldering stage is carried out through a dual-vibrating-wave soldering machine, whose operation parameters are electronically controlled and that works with water-based flux oils and infrared-rays drying.

· Reworks, inspections and completion: where the cards undergo the process of shaving, cleaning, and possible completion. Particular care is taken during the stages of optical inspection, using visors with three focal lengths, performed both after the SMD assembly and at the card completion.

TESTS

Usually the testing stage includes three kinds of activity: In-circuit tests that, by means of a SEICA S20 machine in its maximum configuration, make it possible to check whether the card production is correct; Functional checks including, if necessary, the operations for programming the different devices (CPU, Eeprom, Flash, etc.), and making it possible to adjust and check the operation in compliance with predetermined procedures. The oscilloscopes, signal generators, power-supply units and the whole laboratory’s instrumentation are kept under calibration monitoring in compliance with the specific procedure of the Quality Assurance System. It is possible to perform further laboratory tests on samples and production, such as temperature and vibration tests.

QUICK PROTOTYPIZATIONS

Specific resources are devoted to the execution of quick prototypizations of equipment with the same quality characteristics of the mass production.

ACCESSORIES

Studioemme is able of supplying accessory services such as Registration and Packaging. In particular the Company may supply suitable Technical Assistance, also at the final user’s, according to previously-agreed specifications and modalities of intervention.
